DIRECTORS
Bruce McCallum, – Chairman
Bruce was the Chairman of the McCallum Petterson group, which he jointly founded in 1991 with a vision to positively manage insolvent businesses, thus creating business value and satisfaction in turning ailing businesses around rather than winding them up. He has extensive experience in corporate health related matters having conducted over 500 business appraisals, company turnarounds, corporate restructurings, receiverships, liquidations and creditors’ compromises.
Roger Bruce Douglas Drummond
Roger was a partner with the law firm Bell Gully for 23 years, before retiring as a consultant in May 2008. He now has consultancy arrangements with Wellington law practices Gibson Sheat and Kahui Legal. Roger has specialised in commercial law and banking and finance and also practises in the area of Maori business and treaty settlements. Roger is Chairman of Wellington Cable Car Limited, Chair of the Victoria University of Wellington Foundation and a board member of The Correspondence School.
Peter David Yarrall
Peter is an investor in, and director of, a number of closely held companies such as OEM Print Solutions Limited. Peter is also Chairman of Silent One Limited, Eyemagnet Limited and Onstream Systems Limited. He has helped establish many companies since 1990 and continues to have an ownership interest in some of these companies, having on-sold others to new owners usually maintaining a transitional governance role. In this period he also consulted in an advisory role with a government department and with the McCallum Petterson group on a number of business restructurings.

David Auchterlonie
In addition to its Board, Touchstone has access to the skills and knowledge of US based David Auchterlonie, the founder and CEO of The Scotland Group Inc, a firm which specialises in assisting underperforming and distressed businesses through hands-on corporate turnaround management.

Armillary Private Capital is an integrated corporate finance, financial training and funds management practice with a national client base. Armillary Private Capital works with publicly listed and privately held companies, banks, finance companies, private equity funds, government entities and individual investors.
The Armillary Private Capital team has:
